Online Banking Instructions

 

 *Initial ID and Pin number will be assigned by the bank .
You will be required to change your PIN the first time you log in.

A listing of your accounts accessible through Online Banking will be displayed.

Next to each account is a drop-down menu with the list of activities available for each account.

(Some account options may not be available or may require additional fees)

 

 

Select ‘Transactions’ from the account drop-down menu to view transactions that have posted to the account since your last statement.

 

To view other transactions, use the View Transactions Since drop-down menu.

To view a check image or deposit ticket, click the ‘View Image’ link or the Check Number.

Click on the column headings to change the order in which transactions are displayed. If sorting by any column other than ‘Date’, the running balance column will not be shown.

Click ‘ Select Range of Transactions’ from the transactions page. Enter the search criteria and click ‘Submit’.

Select ‘Transfers’ from the Account drop-down menu or click the ‘Transfer’ tab.

 

  • Choose Add Transfer from and select the from account.
  • Choose the account to transfer the funds to
  • Select ‘One Time’ or select the frequency and date(s) the transfer is to be made. The ‘Expiration Date’ is required for recurring transfers.

The cut-off time for funds transfers made via Online Banking is 12:00 p.m Monday thru Friday.

Transfers entered after this time will be processed on the following business day.

 

Click ‘Submit’ when you are ready to complete the funds transfer. A confirmation of the transfer will display

Select ‘Stop Payments’ from the Account drop-down menu or click the ‘Stop Payment’ tab.

Choose

Fill in the required fields and click ‘Submit’.

A confirmation page will display.

To view stop payments already placed on an account, select ‘Stop Payments’ from the drop-down menu or the ‘Stop Payments’ tab.

To view Stop Payments for other accounts, use the ‘ View Stop Payments for:’ drop-down menu.

You can make many changes to your Online Banking account by Options from the NetTeller tab.

 

There are three options to edit:

Personal Options:

  • Change your Online Banking 12-digit ID to a name or number that is easily remembered. (You can still use the 12-digit ID at any time)
  • Change your PIN
  • Change your e-mail address

 

Account Options:

  • Change Pseudo Account Names
  • Change the number of accounts displayed per page
  • Change the order in which the accounts are displayed

Alerts:

Click ‘Add’ to add a new alert type. You will be notified through Online Banking when the activity occurs.

AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES & INFORMATION

By continuing with this online application process, you agree that we may provide you this Agreement & Disclosure and any revisions and amendments to this Agreement & Disclosure in electronic form; and that, if you choose to accept the Agreement & Disclosure, you are consenting to enter into and are entering into an Agreement electronically that will govern all future transactions you conduct using the online services and agree to be bound by its terms.

All you need to use the online services and to receive this Agreement & Disclosure and any future information is a computer and modem (including a monitor) capable of accessing the Internet and sending/receiving e-mail, along with a printer capable of printing copies if you wish to retain records in paper format. You will also need a domestic and secure browser with 128-bit encryption (such as Netscape Navigator 6.0 or a later version, or Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7.0 or a later version). You must use Microsoft® Windows 98 or a later version, or Macintosh OS 9 or a later version. You must have a computer hard drive capable of storing data, if you wish to store electronic communications. You must also have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® software or Adobe® compatible software, so you can view any Adobe® PDF files.

From time to time, we may deliver certain information to you that is required by law or regulation to be provided to you in writing or regarding information about our online services. By selecting the “I AGREE” button below, you agree that we may provide you revisions and amendments to this Agreement & Disclosure and such other information, including but not limited to information under Regulation E and under other applicable banking or financial services laws or regulations in connection with the services, electronically as a part of the Agreement & Disclosure or otherwise as a part of online services. If you wish to withdraw consent to receive information electronically there is no charge to terminate the services or to update your information. You may print and retain a copy of this Agreement & Disclosure or any future information sent to you electronically.
