We kindly ask that you help us by adhering to these simple steps when visiting our branches:
  1. FACE MASKS - We encourage you to wear a face mask... however we will ask you to briefly remove it upon entering our bank for identification purposes
  2. SOCIAL DISTANCING - Please do your part and stay 6ft apart while in our lobby areas. Also, try to limit your party to no more than 2 people.
  3. BANK REMOTELY - We still encourage you to bank remotely by mobile, online, or telephone. If you have a complex transaction or need to open an account, we ask that you call and schedule an appointment to limit any waiting in our lobby.

Citizens Bank provides many additional ways for you to complete your everyday bank transactions. Below is a list with links to enroll or begin using our services immediately.

  • Our automated telephone banking is available 24 hours a day at (800) 318-5540.

  • Online eBanking allows you to securely review your balance and posted transactions, transfer funds, and pay bills. Sign Up For eBanking

  • Both Consumers and Businesses can deposit small quantities of checks through our mobile banking app. Our app also allows you to securely review your balance and posted transactions, transfer funds, and pay bills. Mobile App

  • Text banking will notify you of daily balances, card transactions, and suspicious activity on your debit and/or credit cards. You can also text quick requests to receive your balance and last few transactions any time you need it.  Sign Up For eBanking

  • Call Center agents are available six days a week, from 8am to 4pm (M-Th), 8am to 5pm (F), and 8am to 12pm (S). You may call us at (866) 666-2195.

  • Our drive-up tellers are available at all of our bank offices in drive through lanes. These tellers are available and can help you deposit checks, deposit cash, make loan payments, make credit card payments, cash checks and complete transfers.  

  • We are also part of the MoneyPass ATM Network. Withdrawals using your debit card will not be charged a terminal fee at these locations. See ATM locations.


We ask that you help us prevent the spread of the virus in our bank offices. If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please allow us to serve you through one of our digital channels or call to speak to one of our bankers at (866) 666-2195. 

If you need to make an appointment for services that cannot be handled remotely or with our drive-up service such as making a loan or opening an account, please call you local branch to set an appointment.
